Chic Kut Teh

Yo Peeps!.

Put a Klang Boy in anywhere of the world..and when he misses food from home... i bet he will cook up a pot of bahkut teh!!!

THats exactly what i did today!! I made CHIC KUT TEH! ( well pork in aussie taste bad!)

And so yeah, i made Chic Kut Teh WHUHOO! and it taste GOOD!

I know you won't believe me so, I took some pictures and post it here. So as my proof here is the pic!

The broiling sweet broth of spice , fungus, chicken and many good things.. AHHH.... GOOD

Can you smell the sweet aroma ?

AH .. Finally, after 1 hr of intense cooking!!... the awesome and delicious Chic Kut Teh.
